Heating modes made simpler

Applies to: Balboa - Clearer mode selection. Choosing between heating modes is easier, with simple selection buttons and helpful messages when you switch. - Instant Heating takes priority. Start it anytime, your regular heating plan pauses and resumes automatically when you are done. - Sensible defaults. Switching between Low and High Mode now sets a sensible target temperature automatically, and the app tells you clearly if a value is out of range.
