Water Temp. check interval

User can change interval of when Spapilot should do a water temperature check. Now its 3 hours always. But with this function we incorperate with heating mode. Measurement Frequency by Heat Mode: - Priority Mode: Water temperature will be checked every 1 hour. - Comfort Mode: Water temperature will be checked every 2 hours. - Economy Mode: Water temperature will be checked every 3 hours.
