Rest mode without changing the saved temperature

Symptom: On some Gecko spas, stopping heat could also change the customer's saved temperature setting. Improvement: Rest handling now avoids using the saved temperature as a workaround where supported. What this means: The spa can be moved toward lower-energy operation without unexpectedly changing the user's preferred setpoint.
