Affected: pH and ORP readings could differ substantially from reference measurements, including values outside a physically useful range.

Workaround recorded: A one-point pH calibration helped temporarily. No confirmed ORP or temperature calibration workflow was available.

Current status: The values recurred after calibration. Root cause and current production state require revalidation.
