Unstable pH and ORP readings caused by cable interference

Affected: Some cable-powered installations showed large pH and ORP fluctuations without chemical changes.

Resolution recorded: Electrical interference and cable polarity were identified as the cause, and a revised cable design was introduced. A later fuse issue is tracked separately.

Current verification: Not revalidated after the source date.
