Affected: Hourly measurements were too infrequent to follow the effect of water-treatment adjustments during the trial.

Requested improvement: More frequent readings were requested, with a commitment recorded for up to ten readings per hour.

Current status: The source did not confirm that the higher frequency reached the trial device. Revalidation is required.
