Temperature reading can be incorrect from installation

Source status on 5 May 2026: Unresolved

Affected: A newly installed temperature probe showed a substantially higher value than the measured water temperature.

Workaround recorded: A second probe produced a correct reading when tested outside its installed position. No confirmed customer workaround is available.

Current status: A defective probe was suspected, but replacement and final resolution were not confirmed. Revalidation is required.
