Source status on 5 May 2026: Resolved

Affected: A device could disappear from the E.W.A. app after an update and could not be added again.

Resolution recorded: The device communication route was corrected. A separate recurrence affecting spa photos was reported in April 2026.

Current verification: The device-disappearance fix has not been revalidated after the source date.
